Abstract
This study aims to develop local wisdom-based digital comic learning media in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects and determine the feasibility level of local wisdom-based digital comic media and student responses to the use of media developed. The method used is (Research and Development) or R&D using Thiagarajan's 4D model which consists of 4 stages, namely Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The media developed was validated by 3 experts, namely media experts, matri experts, practitioner material experts. The developed local wisdom-based digital comic learning media received the results of "Very Feasible" by media validators with a percentage of 84.76%, received the results of "Feasible" from material experts with a percentage of 71%, and received the results of "Very Feasible" by practicing material experts with a percentage of 92%. After validation, the next test was conducted on seventh grade students of Darull Muqomah Junior High School and obtained the results "Very Good" with a percentage of 85.04% and conducted product tests on seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Anyer obtained the results "Very Good" with a percentage of 84.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that digital comic learning media based on local wisdom in the subject of Pancasila Education and Citizenship based on the assessments that have been carried out can be used in learning on the material of Diversity in Indonesian Society.

Metode yang digunakan yaitu (Research and Development) atau R&D dengan menggunakan model 4D Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu Define, Design, Development, dan Dissemination. Media yang dikembangkan ini di validasi oleh 3 ahli, yaitu ahli media, ahli matri, ahli materi praktisi. Media pembelajaran komik digital berbasis kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan mendapatkan hasil "Sangat Layak" oleh validator media dengan presentase 84,76%, mendapatkan hasil "Layak" dari ahli materi dengan presentase 71%, serta mendapatkan hasil "Sangat Layak" oleh ahli materi praktisi dengan presentase 92%. Setelah dilakukan validasi, selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba kepada siswa kelas VII SMP Darull Muqomah dan memperoleh hasil "Sangat Baik" dengan presentase 85,04% dan melakukan uji produk kepada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 2 Anyer memperoleh hasil "Sangat Baik" dengan presentase 84,83%. Dengan demikian, dapat ditarik kesimpulan media pembelajaran komik digital berbasis kearifan lokal pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewargaregaraan berdadasarkan penilaian-penilaian yang telah dilakukan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada materi Keberagaman dalam Masyarakat Indonesia. | |||||||||
