Abstract
n the implementation of the construction of the construction project 6 toll roads in the city of Jakarta there was a work accident. The purpose of this study is to identify the causal factors that have an effect on workplace accidents, the causes of dominant risks and work safety programs in the Construction Project of the 6 Jakarta Inner City Toll Roads. In this study, descriptive quantitative method was used where data collection was conducted by survey through questionnaires and validated by experts for determining variables, distributing questionnaires, testing the validity of reliability and normality with SPSS v.20 trial, analyzing risk using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the ranking of risk factors and risk levels as well as interviews with respondents for follow-up analysis. There are two dominant risk factors, namely not using the self-protection equipment provided (X9) with a FR value of 0.938 and a lack of awareness of work safety (X2) with an FR value of 0.934. After that the two factors were tested for correlation with occupational accidents and obtained a result of 0.036 for the risk of not using the self-protection equipment provided (X9) and 0.095 for the risk of lack of awareness of work safety (X2) which can be concluded that the risk is very weak on the construction of 6 toll roads in the city of Jakarta. Broadly speaking, the cause of the risk is the existence of workers who do not pay attention to the tools to protect safety from surrounding hazards, especially workers above the altitude that cause vulnerability to workplace accidents on the project. So that an effective work safety program is to do a HSE (Healthy, Safety, And Environment)induction the importance of personal protective equipment
