Abstract
Background: There is a very high number of women of childbearing age in Indonesia, husband's support is highly expected by every mother to prevent pregnancy. Objective: To determine the relationship between husband's support and mother's interest in using the IUD (Intra Uterine Device) contraceptive at the Singaru Community Health Center, Serang City in 2024 Method: This research uses a quantitative type of research using a cross sectional method carried out in the Singanderu Health Center area of Serang City. This research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool with a sample of 73 respondents and statistical test analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 21.0. Results: Results were obtained which received support from the husband, but mothers who were most interested in using the IUD contraceptive were 25 respondents ( 34.2%) with a p-value of 0.041 < 0.05 which means that there is a significant relationship between husband's support and mother's interest in using intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUD). Conclusion: In this thesis, the results of statistical tests show that there is no significant relationship between age, religion, education and employment and the mother's interest in using the IUD contraceptive and there is a significant relationship between husband's support and the mother's interest in using the IUD contraceptive. Suggestion: After conducting this research, it is hoped that it can increase the use of IUD contraception

| Additional Information: | Latar Belakang : Wanita usia subur memiliki angka yang sangat tinggi di Indonesia, dukungan suami sangat diharapkan oleh setiap ibu untuk mencegah kehamilan. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami terhadap minat ibu untuk penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD (Intra Uterine Device) di Puskesmas Singandaru Kota Serang Tahun 2024 Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross sectional yang dilakukan di wilayah Puskesmas Singandaru Kota Serang, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sampel 73 responden dan analisis uji statistik menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) versi 21.0. Hasil : Didapatkan hasil yang mendapat dukungan suami namun ibu yang paling banyak berminat dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD yaitu sebanyak 25 responden (34,2%) dengan p-value 0,041 < 0,05 diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Dukungan Suami dengan Minat Ibu Untuk Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi Intra Uterine Device (IUD). Kesimpulan : Pada skripsi ini didapatkan hasil uji statistik tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara usia, agama, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan dengan minat ibu dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan suami dengan minat ibu dalam penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD.
