Abstract
This research aims to investigate the effects of various doses of biofertilizer, palm oil olein-based biosurfactant DEA, neem extract, and chicken manure fertilizer on the growth of durian seedlings (Durio zibethinus Murr.). The study was conducted at the Experimental Field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, in Cikuya Karang Kitri, Sindang Sari Village, Pabuaran District, Serang, Banten, from April to August 2023. The research employed a Randomized Complete Block Design with two factors and three replications.The first factor involved the dosage of the combined biofertilizer with five levels: H1: Biofertilizer 5 ml, DEA 5%, neem extract 35%, H2: Biofertilizer 10 ml, DEA 5%, neem extract 35%, H3: Biofertilizer 15 ml, DEA 5%, neem extract 35%, H4: Biofertilizer 20 ml, DEA 5%, neem extract 35%, H5: Biofertilizer 25 ml, DEA 5%, neem extract 35%. The second factor was the application of chicken manure fertilizer (U), consisting of two levels: U1: Without chicken manure fertilizer and U2: Chicken manure fertilizer.The results of the study revealed that biofertilizer had the most significant impact on plant height at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 months after planting week after planting, stem diameter at 8 and 10 MSPT, leaf count at 4, 8, 10 MSPT, and leaf greenness index at 10 MSPT. Chicken manure fertilizer showed the best effect on plant height at 2 and 4 MSPT, leaf count at 6, 8, and 10 MSPT, and leaf greenness index at 10 MSPT. There was no interaction between the biofertilizer and chicken manure fertilizer treatments in terms of plant height and stem diameter, except for leaf count and leaf greenness index.

Penelitian dilakukan di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, di Cikuya Karang Kitri, Desa Sindang Sari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, Serang, Banten, pada bulan April sampai Agustus 2023. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap dengan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap. dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis kombinasi pupuk hayati dengan lima taraf: H1: Pupuk hayati 5 ml, DEA 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%, H2: Pupuk hayati 10 ml, DEA 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%, H3: Pupuk hayati 15 ml, DEA 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%, H4: Pupuk hayati 20 ml, DEA 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%, H5: Pupuk hayati 25 ml, DEA 5%, ekstrak mimba 35%. Faktor kedua adalah pemberian pupuk kotoran ayam (U) yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu U1: Tanpa pupuk kotoran ayam dan U2: Pupuk kotoran ayam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk hayati memberikan pengaruh paling nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 2 tahun. , 4, 6, 8, dan 10 bulan setelah tanam minggu setelah tanam, diameter batang 8 dan 10 MSPT, jumlah daun 4, 8, 10 MSPT, dan indeks kehijauan daun 10 MSPT. Pupuk kotoran ayam menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 2 dan 4 MSPT, jumlah daun pada 6, 8, dan 10 MSPT, serta indeks kehijauan daun pada 10 MSPT. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk hayati dan pupuk kandang ayam terhadap tinggi tanaman dan diameter batang, kecuali jumlah daun dan indeks kehijauan daun. | |||||||||
