Abstract
This research was aims to determine the effect of PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) concentrations and the number of tubers planted on the growth and yield of shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) plants. This research was carried out from October 2021 to January 2022 in the Agricultural Land of the Integrated Agricultural System Area (SITANDU) in Curug Village, Serang City, Banten. This study used a two-factor randomized block design with the first factor consisting of 4 levels. The first level was without giving PGPR concentration or control, the second level was giving PGPR concentration 10ml/liter, the third level was giving PGPR concentration 15ml/liter, the fourth level was giving PGPR concentration 20ml/liter. Then the second factor was the first level the number of tubers planted per polybag is 1 tuber, the second level the number of tubers planted per polybag was 2 tubers, the third level the number of tubers planted per polybag was 3 tubers. The results showed that the treatment on the parameter of plant height gave the best results at 3 Week After Planting with an average of 32.32 cm, treatment on the parameter number of leaves gave the best results with an average of 19.71 strands at 8 WAP, treatment on the parameter number of tubers gave the best results with an average of 7.83 tubers, treatment on the parameter of fresh weight gave the best results with an average of 30.96 g.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi PGPR (Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria) dan jumlah umbi yang ditanam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2021 hingga Januari 2022 di Lahan Pertanian Kawasan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu (SITANDU) di Desa Curug, Kota Serang, Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok dua faktor dengan faktor pertama terdiri dari 4 taraf. Tahap pertama tanpa pemberian konsentrasi PGPR atau kontrol, tahap kedua pemberian PGPR konsentrasi 10ml/liter, tahap ketiga pemberian PGPR konsentrasi 15ml/liter, tahap keempat pemberian PGPR konsentrasi 20ml/liter. Kemudian faktor kedua adalah tingkat pertama jumlah umbi yang ditanam per polibag sebanyak 1 umbi, tingkat kedua jumlah umbi yang ditanam per polibag sebanyak 2 umbi, tingkat ketiga jumlah umbi yang ditanam per polibag sebanyak 3 umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pada parameter tinggi tanaman memberikan hasil terbaik pada 3 Minggu Setelah Tanam dengan rata-rata 32,32 cm, perlakuan pada parameter jumlah daun memberikan hasil terbaik dengan rata-rata 19,71 helai pada 8 MST, perlakuan pada parameter jumlah umbi memberikan hasil terbaik dengan rata-rata 7,83 umbi, perlakuan pada parameter bobot segar memberikan hasil terbaik dengan rata-rata 30,96 g. | |||||||||
