Abstract

The aim of this research was to describe how the application of the kurikulum merdeka at sekolah penggerak is in realizing the Pancasila student profile at SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. As for determining the subjects in this research, the research used a snowball sampling technique and a purposive sampling technique consisting of the principal, deputy principal for curriculum, deputy principal for student affairs, teachers, and students in grades 11 and 12 at SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data; data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation; several instruments are used, including interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation guidelines; data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the kurikulum merdeka has been implemented in sekolah penggerak in realizing the Pancasila student profile by referring to the School Operational Curriculum (KOS), and the results can be seen in several student characteristics such as independence, creativity, and mutual cooperation. In accordance with the Pancasila student profile indicators in classes 11 and 12, there are several obstacles experienced, starting from the quality of students, facilities, and parental support. The implementation of the kurikulum merdeka at the sekolah penggerak at SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang has been implemented but is not yet optimal. The school is also trying to provide solutions regarding the obstacles faced in its implementation.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerpapan kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah penggerak dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila di SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Adapun penentuan subjek dalam penelitian ini dalam penelitian menggunakan teknik snowball sampling dan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru, dan peserta didik kelas 11 dan 12 di SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, beberapa instrumen yang digunakan meliputi pedoman wawancara, pedoman obervasi dan pedoman dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan sudah diterapkannya kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah penggerak dalam mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan mengacu pada Kurikilum Operasional Sekolah (KOS) dan hasilnya terlihat pada beberapa karakter peserta didik seperti mandiri, kreatif dan gotong royong sesuai dengan indikator profil pelajar Pancasila di kelas 11 dan 12, ada beberapa hambatan yang dialami mulai dari kualitas peserta didik, fasilitas dan dukungan orang tua. Penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada sekolah penggerak di SMA Negeri 16 Pandeglang sudah diterapkan namun belum maksimal, sekolah pun berupaya memberikan solusi terkait hambatan yang dihadapai dalam penerapannya
