Abstract

Spiritual is the need to maintain beliefs and fulfill religious obligations as well as the need to obtain forgiveness or forgiveness, to love, to have a relationship full of trust with God and oneself. Critical patients are patients with rapid pathophysiological deterioration that can lead to death and can experience a critical condition that can cause death. So that critical patients treated in the ICU have high spiritual needs because they are in life-threatening conditions, measuring spiritual needs can be measured using the SWBS spiritual assessment questionnaire. The aim of this research is to determine the description of the spiritual needs that occur in critical patients treated in the Incentive Care Unit (ICU). The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the sample used using an accidental sampling approach using frequency distribution analysis. The results of the research show that the spiritual needs that occur in critical patients are high. The conclusion of this research is that in critical conditions that are life threatening, critical patients have good spiritual problems with high spiritual needs

Additional Information:	Spiritual merupakan kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan keyakinan dan memenuhi kewajiban agama serta kebutuhan mendapatkan maaf atau pengampunan, mencintai, menjalin hubungan penuh rasa percaya dengan Tuhan dan diri sendiri. Pasien kritis adalah pasien dengan perburukan patofisiologi yang cepat yang dapat menyebabkan kematian dan dapat mengalami keadaan kritis yang dapat menyebabkan kematian. Sehingga pasien kritis yang dirawat di ruang ICU memiliki kebutuhan spiritual yang tinggi karena dalama kondisi yang mengancam jiwa, pengukuran kebutuhan spiritual dapat diukur menggunakan kuisioner pengkajian spiritual SWBS. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kebutuhan spiritual yang yang terjadi pada pasien kritis yang dirawat di ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel yang digunakan menggunakan pendekatan accidental sampling menggunakan analisis distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan gambaran kebutuhan spiritual yang terjadi pada pasien kritis adalah tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini dalam keadaan kritis yang mengancam jiwa pada pasien kritis memiliki masalah spiritual yang baik dengan tingginya kebutuhan spiritual yang dimiliki.
