Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of appropriate workload and appropriateness of incentives on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. In this research, Suitability of Workload and Accuracy of Providing Incentives are independent variables and Employee Performance is the dependent variable. The research results show that: (1) Suitability of workload has no effect on employee performance. (2) The accuracy of providing incentives has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) Suitability of workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (4) The accuracy of providing incentives has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (5) Work motivation has no effect on employee performance. (6) Work motivation is unable to mediate the suitability of workload and the accuracy of providing incentives on employee performance.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kesesuaian Beban Kerja dan Ketepatan Pemberian Insentif Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalu Motivasi Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Dalam penelitian ini Kesesuaian Beban Kerja dan Ketepatan Pemberian Insentif sebagai variabel independen serta Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis sampel jenuh sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modellimg (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat bantu program Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Versi 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) Kesesuaian beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Ketepatan pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Kesesuaian beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (4) Ketepatan pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (5) Motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi kesesuaian beban kerja dan ketepatan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
