Abstract
This research addresses the issue of sexual violence against children with special needs in DKI Jakarta, which has reached a significant level. However, there is currently no prevention program tailored to the unique characteristics and needs of these children. The primary objective of this research is to develop a sexual violence prevention program specifically designed to address the conditions and requirements of children with special needs. The research method employed is Research and Development (R&D) utilizing the 4-D (Four D) development model. The developmental stages undertaken by the researchers include the defining stage, design stage, development stage, and dissemination stage. Data were collected through interview techniques, subsequently analyzed, and the resulting products were validated by experts. The study's findings indicate that the sexual violence prevention program developed for children with special needs underwent thorough validation. The material validation score achieved 96.6%, while media validation reached 82.2%. Moreover, the practicality test of the developed program yielded positive results, with a feasibility level of 82%

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertumpu pada permasalahan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus di DKI Jakarta yang telah mencapai tingkat yang signifikan, sementara belum terdapat program pencegahan yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan khusus anak-anak tersebut. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan program pencegahan kekerasan seksual yang secara khusus dirancang untuk memenuhi keadaan dan kebutuhan dari anak berkebutuhan khusus. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan paradigma pengembangan 4-D (Four D). Adapun langkah pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah 1). Tahap pendefinisan (define), 2). Tahap perancangan (design), 3). Tahap pengembangan (development), dan 4). Tahap penyebaran (disseminate). Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, kemudian dianalisis, dan produk yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh para ahli. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pencegahan kekerasan seksual terhadap anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dikembangkan telah melalui proses validasi yang cermat. Skor validasi materi mencapai 96.6%, sementara validasi media mencapai 82.2%.
