Abstract
The avocado plants had various types and were favored by the Indonesian community. This was one of the reasons for the increased production. One type of avocado in Indonesia is the YM avocado, originating from Lebak. The research aimed at enhancing the growth of YM avocado plants through the application of nano zinc fertilizer and vitamin B1. This research was carried out in May-August. It was an experimental study with a randomized block design with two factors, employing Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) testing and post hoc tests using the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5%. The first factor was Vitamin B1 (V) (15 mg/l, 30 mg/l, and 45 mg/l), the second factor was nano zinc fertilizer (Z) (2 ml/l, 4 ml/l, and 6 ml/l) and repeated 3 times, so there were 27 plants. Growth parameters observed included plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, length-to-width ratio, leaf count, and leaf greenness index. The 45 mg/l dosage of vitamin B1 showed the best influenced on planted growth, resulting in a height increased of 54.83 cm, a leaf length of 11.53 cm, a leaf length-to-width ratio of 2.57 cm, and a leaf greenness index of 50.11 units. The widest leaf expansion occurred at the 15 mg/l dosage, reached 5.44 cm. On the other handed, nano zinc fertilizer had a positive impact on stem diameter growth, especially with the optimal dosage of 6 ml/l, resulting in an increased of 8.50 mm. The combination of nano zinc fertilizer and vitamin B1 supports plant growth by providing essential micronutrients, accelerating vegetative growth. However, vitamin B1 and nano zinc fertilizer do not exhibit a positive interaction in promoting the growth of YM avocado plants.

Additional Information: | Tanaman alpukat mempunyai jenis yang beragam dan disukai oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab peningkatan produksi. Salah satu jenis alpukat yang ada di Indonesia adalah alpukat YM yang berasal dari Lebak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat YM melalui aplikasi pupuk nano zinc dan vitamin B1. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Agustus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan rancangan acak kelompok dua faktor, menggunakan uji Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan uji lanjut menggunakan Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Faktor pertama adalah Vitamin B1 (V) (15 mg/l, 30 mg/l, dan 45 mg/l), faktor kedua adalah pupuk nano zinc (Z) (2 ml/l, 4 ml/l, dan 6 ml/l) dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga terdapat 27 tanaman. Parameter pertumbuhan yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, panjang daun, lebar daun, perbandingan panjang lebar, jumlah daun, dan indeks kehijauan daun. Dosis vitamin B1 45 mg/l memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman, sehingga menghasilkan pertambahan tinggi 54,83 cm, panjang daun 11,53 cm, perbandingan panjang dan lebar daun 2,57 cm, dan indeks kehijauan daun. Sebanyak 50,11 unit. Pertumbuhan daun terluas terjadi pada dosis 15 mg/l, mencapai 5,44 cm. Sebaliknya pupuk nano zinc memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan diameter batang terutama pada dosis optimal 6 ml/l menghasilkan peningkatan sebesar 8,50 mm. Kombinasi pupuk nano zinc dan vitamin B1 mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman dengan menyediakan unsur hara mikro esensial, mempercepat pertumbuhan vegetatif. Namun pupuk vitamin B1 dan nano zinc tidak menunjukkan interaksi positif dalam mendorong pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat YM. | |||||||||
