Abstract

Elite Park agrotourism is a mini zoo for educational tours and family recreation, there are variety of fauna including rare animals that are almost extinct and various interesting rides such as waterpark, archery, etc. Elite Park experiences fluctuations in the number of visitors, so it is necessary to evaluate what factors can affect the interest in revisiting and better development is needed in the future by implementing a Business Model Canvas (BMC) marketing strategy. The purpose of this research is to identify tourist attraction, promotion, price perception and service quality have a partial and simultaneous effect on tourists revisiting interest in Elite Park. As well as understanding the description of the Elite Park business model and preparing alternative strategy designs using the BMC in Elite Park. The research was conducted from September 2023 to February 2024, located at Elite Park Sukadalem. The research method is the mix method. In quantitative research, the sample taken was 71 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test. The results of quantitative research showed that the variables of tourism attraction, price perception, promotion, and service quality had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on revisit interest. Qualitative research shows that the current Elite Park describe has applied the nine elements of BMC well. BMC contributes significantly to understanding business aspects and describing solutions to existing problems. Elite Park implements the B2C business model, which targets customer segments such as children to adults.

Additional Information: Agrowisata Elite Park adalah kebun binatang mini untuk wisata edukasi dan rekreasi keluarga, terdapat beragam fauna termasuk hewan langka yang hampir punah dan berbagai wahana menarik seperti waterpark, panahan, dll. Elite Park mengalami fluktuasi jumlah pengunjung, sehingga perlu dilakukan evaluasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi minat berkunjung ulang dan diperlukan pengembangan yang lebih baik di masa depan dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran Business Model Canvas (BMC). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi daya tarik wisata, promosi, persepsi harga dan kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh parsial dan simultan terhadap minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung ulang ke Elite Park. Serta memahami deskripsi model bisnis Elite Park dan menyusun rancangan alternatif strategi menggunakan BMC di Elite Park. Penelitian dilakukan pada September 2023 hingga Februari 2024 berlokasi di Elite Park Sukadalem. Metode penelitian adalah metode campuran. Pada penelitian kuantitatif, sampel yang diambil adalah 71 responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa variabel daya tarik pariwisata, persepsi harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat kunjungan. Penelitian kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa Elite Park saat ini menggambarkan telah menerapkan sembilan elemen BMC. BMC berkontribusi secara signifikan untuk memahami aspek bisnis dan menggambarkan solusi untuk masalah yang ada. Elite Park menerapkan model bisnis B2C, yang menyasar segmen pelanggan seperti anak-anak hingga orang dewasa.
