Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is to (1) Knowing the results of the evaluation Of The Graphic Design Entrepreneurship Skills Education Program By Using Kirkpatrick. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive method. The respondents of this research were from 20 training participants who participated in the PKW program training activities in 2020. Data obtained of this research from observation, questionnaires, documentation study. The results of this study indicate that (1) Evaluation of reaction level, in general training participants were satisfied with the implementation, facilities and infrastructure, materials, as well as the instructur’s ability that had been carried out in the PKW 2020 program, as well as (2) Evaluation of learning level, that trainees who took part in this activity were declared to have passed because they had successfully completed these trainings with very good marks. (3) Evaluation of behavior level, the training participants who joined that program, experiencing self-change to the fullest, and (4) Evaluation of result level, that trainees who joined that program have managed to get a job and become an entrepreneur in accordance with the skills needed at LKP Cadre Ability Informatika.

Additional Information: Tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk (1) Mengetahui hasil evaluasi pada program Pendidikan Kecakapan Wirausaha Desain Grafis dengan menggunakan Kirkpatrick. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Responden penelitian ini yaitu dari 20 peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan program PKW pada tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu observasi, kuesioner serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Evaluasi pada level reaksi, secara umum peserta pelatihan merasa puas terhadap penyelenggaraan, materi, sarana dan prasarana serta kemampuan instruktur yang telah dilaksanakan pada program PKW 2020, begitupun dengan (2) Evaluasi pada level belajar, bahwa peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti kegiatan ini dinyatakan lulus karena telah berhasil menyelesaikan kegiatan pelatihan dengan nilai sangat baik. (3) Evaluasi pada level perilaku, peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti program tersebut mengalami perubahan diri secara maksimal, dan (4) Evaluasi pada level hasil, bahwa peserta pelatihan yang telah mengikuti kegiatan program PKW 2020 telah berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan dan berwirausaha sesuai dengan kebutuhan keterampilan yang mereka dapat di LKP Cadre Ability Informatika.
