Abstract
This research is based on the problem of low career insight that occurs among students. One effort that can be made to deal with this problem is by providing interesting and creative guidance and counseling services. This research aims to find out whether providing career guidance services using the Stacko Holland game media is effective in increasing career insight for 285 Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Baros. Stacko Holland media is a guidance and counseling media developed by Izzah Nur Salimah. The research method used in this research uses a Quasi-Experimental method with a nonequivalent control group purposive sampling technique. The pre-test results showed that out of a total of 285 students, 79 students were in the low category, 151 students were in the medium category, and 55 students were in the high category. Treatment was given to 2 groups, namely the experimental group and the control group with 10 students each. The data collection techniques used included structured interviews and Holland's career insight questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis. Based on the results of the Mann-Whitney U hypothesis test analysis, the Asymp value is obtained. Sig (2-tailed) is 0.00 with a significance level of 0.05. The calculation results show that the hypothesis test shows that Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05, from this it can be concluded that the use of the Stacko Holland game media is effective and able to significantly increase the career insight of class XI students at SMAN 1 Baros for the 2023/2024 academic year

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini di dasarkan pada permasalahan rendahnya wawasan karier yang terjadi pada siswa. Adapun salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut dengan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang menarik dan kreatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemberian layanan bimbingan karier dengan media permainan Stacko Holland efektif dalam meningkatkan wawasan karier pada siswa Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Baros sebanyak 285 siswa. Media Stacko Holland merupakan media bimbingan konseling yang dikembangkan oleh Izzah Nur Salimah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode Kuasi-Eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group teknik purposive sampling. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan dari total 285 siswa, sebanyak 79 siswa pada kategori rendah, 151 siswa pada kategori sedang, dan 55 siswa dalam kategori tinggi. Pemberian treatment dilakukan kepada 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan masing-masing 10 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan diantara adalah wawancara terstruktur dan angket wawasan karier Holland. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney U. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney U mendapatkan nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,00 dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,05. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan uji hipotesis menujukan bahwa Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) < 0,05, dari hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media permainan Stacko Holland efektif dan mampu secara signifikan meningkatkan wawasan karier siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Baros tahun ajaran 2023/2024 | |||||||||
