Abstract
A working mother is a mother who has a dual role between taking care of the family and working, both at home and outside the home to help earn additional income for the family. This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between working mothers and the social-emotional development of children aged 4-6 years at Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Serang City-Banten Kindergarten. This study uses chorealational quantitative research methods, with observation and questionnaire data collection techniques. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the population in the study was 67, and the sample in this study was 30. The data analysis technique uses statistical analysis techniques. Based on the results of normality calculations using the Kolmogrov Smirnov test, the results obtained were 0.192 > 0.05, while the linearity test obtained the deviation from linearity value of 0.145 > 0.05, the value of Fcount < Ftable = 2.08 < 3.15. The conclusions obtained from this study are (p = 0.317, α = 0.05) with a correlation interpretation of 0.189 which shows that the correlation between the two variables is very low, and the coefficient of determination is 3.5% which means that there is no relationship between working mothers and social emotional children aged 4-6 years at Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Serang City Kindergarten.

| Additional Information: | Ibu bekerja adalah seorang ibu yang memiliki peran ganda antara mengurus keluarga dengan bekerja, baik di rumah maupun di luar rumah demi membantu mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan bagi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara ibu bekerja dengan perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia 4-6 tahun di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Serang Kota-Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korealasional, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan angket. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 67, serta sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan normalitas menggunakan kolmogrov Smirnov test didapatkan hasil 0,192 > 0,05, sedangkan uji linearitas didapatkan hasil nilai deviation from linearity sebesar 0,145 > 0,05, nilai Fhitung < Ftabel = 2,08 < 3,15. Simpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu (p = 0,317, α = 0,05) dengan interpretasi korelasi sebesar 0,189 yang menunjukan bahwa korelasi antar dua variabel sangat rendah, dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 3,5% yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan antara ibu bekerja dengan sosial emosional anak usia 4-6 tahun di TK Kemala Bhayangkari 01 Serang Kota. | |||||||||
