Abstract
as an electronic transaction tool carried out by BRI Bank, one of which is to make it easier for customers to carry out online banking transactions via smartphone with the aim of making it easier for customers to access their accounts, without having to queue at the bank. BRI launched the BRI Mobile banking (Brimo) application with the aim of improving services to customers and making it easier for customers to carry out transactions. The purpose of writing this final assignment is to find out how to use the BRImo application, the benefits of the BRImo application, and the obstacles experienced by customers when using the BRImo application. The data used is data from observations and interviews. This final assignment provides an explanation of how to use the BRImo application, which includes registration (via cellphone) for both old and new customers, how to check balances, and how to transfer. The benefits of the BRImo application are that it makes it easier for customers to make transfers anywhere and anytime, check mutations more accurately, and is equipped with many other transaction features. Problems with using the BRImo application include verification problems, login problems and other problems.

| Additional Information: | Laporan tugas akhir ini berisi tentang proses penggunaan aplikasi BRImo sebagai alat transaksi Elektronik yang dilakukan oleh Bank BRI yang salah satunya memberikan kemudahan bagi nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi perbankan online melalui smartphone dengan tujuannya agar nasabah dapat dengan mudah mengakses rekening, tanpa harus antri di bank. BRI meluncurkan aplikasi BRI Mobile banking (Brimo) dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan layanan kepada nasabah dan memudahkan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara menggunakan aplikasi BRImo, manfaat aplikasi BRImo, dan kendala yang dirasakan nasabah saat menggunakan aplikasi BRImo. Data yang digunakan adalah data hasil observasi dan wawancara. Tugas Akhir ini memberikan penjelasan mengenai cara menggunakan aplikasi BRImo, yaitu mencakup pendaftaran (melalui Handphone) baik bagi nasabah lama ataupun nasabah baru, cara cek saldo, dan cara transfer. Manfaat dari aplikasi BRImo adalah untuk memudahkan nasabah untuk melakukan transfer dimana saja dan kapan saja, cek mutasi yang lebih akurat, dan dilengkapi banyak fitur transaksi lainnya. Kendala penggunaan aplikasi BRImo antara lain kendala verifikasi, kendala login, dan kendala lainnya. | |||||||||
