Abstract
This research aims to explore, reveal and collect detailed and in-depth information and data related to the implementation of gender equality in learning, the influence of gender on learning outcomes, and the profile of graduates and the availability of jobs parallel to the electrical installation engineering skills program. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMK Negeri 2 Serang City. The determination of informants used a purposive sampling technique, which resulted in 10 informants consisting of 2 industrial relations teachers, 1 guidance and counseling teacher, 1 productive female and male TITL teacher, 3 female and male TITL students. Data collection techniques in this research consisted of participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. So that the resulting data is credible, the data validity technique used consists of triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique used is from Miles and Huberman's theory with the help of ATLAS.ti 9 software. This research produced findings, namely (1) Gender equality in the learning process (2) The influence of gender on learning outcomes which can be seen from the tendency of female students to excel in theory and males to excel in practice. Also, female students who are able to excel in class rankings, (3) Profile of graduates and the availability of job opportunities are linear for men and women which can be seen based on experience in the field of school industrial relations, and (4) Analysis of gender equality in the Installation Engineering Skills Program Electrical Power at SMK Negeri 2 Serang City.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri, mengungkapkan, dan mengumpulkan informasi serta data secara rinci dan mendalam terkait penerapan kesetaraan gender dalam pembelajaran, pengaruh gender terhadap hasil belajar, dan profil lulusan serta ketersediaan lapangan pekerja selinear dengan program keahlian teknik instalasi tenaga listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Serang. Adapun penentuan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yang mana menghasilkan 10 informan yang terdiri dari 2 guru bidang hubungan industri, 1 guru bimbingan konseling, 1 guru produktif perempuan dan laki-laki TITL, 3 siswa perempuan dan laki-laki TITL. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Agar data yang dihasilkan kredibel, maka teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan terdiri dari triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dari teori Miles dan Huberman dengan berbantuan software ATLAS.ti 9. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan yaitu (1) Kesetaraan gender pada proses pembelajaran (2) Pengaruh gender terhadap Hasil Belajar yang mana dilihat dari kecenderungan siswa perempuan yang unggul di teori dan laki-laki unggul dalam praktik. Serta, siswa perempuan yang mampu unggul dalam peringkat di kelas, (3) Profil lulusan dan ketersediaan lapangan pekerjaan selinear bagi laki-laki dan perempuan yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan pengalaman bidang hubungan industri sekolah, dan (4) Analisis kesetaraan gender pada Program Keahlian Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Serang. | |||||||||
