Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of prize, product quality, sales location, and service on the decision to purchase sweet corn at the Kebun Percobaan Balai Pengujian Tanaman Sayuran Serpong. In this research, the samples used were 50 sweet corn consumers and use accidental sampling method. Analytical methods used were validity analysis and reliability, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing by t test and f test. The research results show that the calculated t value for the price variable is 2.224 and product quality is 4.991 greater than the t table value (2.014), which means that these two variables have an influence on purchasing decisions, while the calculated t value for the sales location variable is -0.271 and service amounting to 0.584 is smaller than the t table value (2.014), which means that these two variables have no influence on purchasing decisions. The results of this research also show that the variables price, product quality, sales location and service simultaneously influence the purchasing decisions with the calculated f value obtained at 44.124 which is greater than the f table value (2.57).

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor harga, kualitas produk, lokasi penjualan, dan pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian jagung manis di Kebun Percobaan Balai Pengujian Tanaman Sayuran Serpong. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 50 orang konsumen jagung manis dan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, dan uji hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung untuk variabel harga sebesar 2,224 dan kualitas produk sebesar 4,991 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel (2,014) yang berarti kedua variabel tersebut mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan t hitung nilai variabel lokasi penjualan sebesar -0,271 dan pelayanan sebesar 0,584 lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel (2,014) yang berarti kedua variabel tersebut tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk, lokasi penjualan dan pelayanan secara simultan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan nilai f hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 44,124 lebih besar dari nilai f tabel (2,57). | |||||||||
