Abstract
Integrated farming system is an agricultural integration system that combines several sectors, such as plantations, fisheries, and animal husbandry. The relationship between each commodity produced in farming that implements an integrated farming system requires good management costs. The management of farming costs in the integrated farming system at House of Bread Integrated Farming is not yet integrated between one business and another. Waste products from each business in an integrated farming system can be used as input for other businesses, thereby reducing production costs, which will affect the cost structure and revenue of integrated farming systems. The goal of this research is to analyze the cost structure, revenue, income and efficiency of integrated farming systems at the House Of Bread Integrated Farming in Rumpin District, Bogor Regency. This research was conducted from October to December 2023. This research method is known as quantitative descriptive research. The research results show that in one year, Cavendish banana cultivation requires costs of Rp. 70,052,900 with revenues of Rp. 121,500,000 and generates income of Rp. 49,647,100. Garut sheep farming requires costs of Rp. 505,066,172 with revenues of Rp. 629,000,000 and generates income of Rp. 189,701,327. Furthermore, red tilapia fish rearing cultivation requires costs of Rp. 3,000,812,651 with revenues of Rp. 4,320,000,000 and generates income of Rp. 1,319,187,348. Based on the R/C Ratio analysis, the Cavendish banana cultivation business has a ratio of 1.73, Garut sheep farming 1.25, and red tilapia fish rearing cultivation 1.44.

| Additional Information: | Sistem pertanian terpadu adalah sistem integrasi pertanian yang menggabungkan beberapa sektor, seperti perkebunan, perikanan, dan peternakan. Hubungan antara setiap komoditas yang diproduksi dalam pertanian yang menerapkan sistem pertanian terpadu memerlukan manajemen biaya yang baik. Manajemen biaya pertanian dalam sistem pertanian terpadu di House of Bread Integrated Farming belum terintegrasi antara satu usaha dengan usaha yang lainnya. Produk sisa dari setiap usaha dalam sistem pertanian terpadu dapat digunakan sebagai input untuk usaha lainnya, sehingga mengurangi biaya produksi, hal ini akan mempengaruhi struktur biaya dan pendapatan dari sistem pertanian terpadu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis struktur biaya, pendapatan, dan efisiensi dari sistem pertanian terpadu di House of Bread Integrated Farming, Kecamatan Rumpin, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari Oktober hingga Desember 2023. Metode yang dikenal sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya pertahun budidaya pisang Cavendish adalah Rp. 70.052.900 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 121.500.000 dan pendapatan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 49.647.100. Peternakan domba Garut membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 505.066.172 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 629.000.000 dan pendapatan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 189.701.327. Selanjutnya, budidaya ikan nila merah akan membutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 3.000.812.651 dengan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 4.320.000.000 dan pendapatan yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 1.319.187.348.
