Abstract

ABSTRACT MUMU MUSLIHAT. 2014. Analysis Of Durian Supply Response In Banten Province guided by ARIS SUPRIYO WIBOWO and ALIUDIN. This research aims to analyze the factors influence durian acreage response and durian productivity response. It also purpose to analyze how short–term and longterm producer supply response be observed from its supply elasticity. This research uses Nerlove’s Partial Adjusment Models which estimated usig Ordinary Least Square mode (OLS Mode). Based on the estimation of acreage response, the factor which has positive influence toward the acreage is the timber prices of preceding year. The negative side factors are the preceding yaer price of durian, price of durian seeds and also the acreage. While productivity response, the factors that have positive influence toward productivity are the preceding year, durian price and the preceding year productivity. The negative side factors are the preceding year rainfall and the price of NPK fertilizer. Durian supply response towards durian price in short- term period is inelastic and negative i.e -0,647, while in long-term period is elastic and positive i.e 4,634 Keyword : Durian, Acreage, Produktivity, Supply Response
