Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation (X1) and work training (X2) on the performance of nursing staff (Y) through work discipline (Z) at RSUD dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Regency. The research method used is a quantitative method. This research collects data based on questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this research were nurses at Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Serang Regency. The sample for this research consisted of 85 respondents using the Stratified Simple Random Sampling Technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.0 Professional analysis tool. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Discipline. (4) Job Training has a significant effect on Work Discipline. (5) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. And (6) Work Discipline is able to mediate the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance with a positive and significant effect.

Drajat Prawiranegara Kabupaten Serang Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Populasi dalam penelian ini adalah Perawat RSUD Dr. Drajat Prawiranegara Kabupaten Serang. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 85 responden dengan Teknik Stratified Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0 Professional. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (2) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. (3) Motovasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. (4) Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. (5) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Dan (6) Disiplin Kerja mampu memediasi hubungan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan.
