Abstract

The research problem studied is the design of learning materials contextual-based Arabic language skills and perception of teachers and learning materials Arabic language skills. The purpose of this study was to: (1) Designing both produce teaching materials in the form of the Arabic language module contextually based on material aspirations of teenagers. (2) Knowing about the perception of teachers and learning material Arabic language skills. The subject of this research is a class XI student and the research was conducted in MAN 1 Cilegon since April 2016 to April 2017. This research was method used is the method of research and development by using the Four D. Analisys of needs involving 2 Arabic teacher and 30 students.The results show that the Arabic language teachers and all the students support the design of the Arabic language module contextually based on material aspirations of teenagers. Phase 2 involves the development of teachers of Arabic s a subject matter expert and one lecturer as subject matter experts and media. The validity of the modules of the overall material expert showed that 92 % are very good with details of: (1) a material aspect 90%, (2) aspects of contextual component of 91%, (3) aspect of language 90%, (4) aspects of the presentation of 97,5%, (5) 90% kegrafikan aspect. Thus, it can be concluded that the Arabic language modules produced can be accepted and used as teaching materials relevant to the materials aspirations of teenagers.
