Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Company Size on Company Performance. The research object used in this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2021. This research is a quantitative study with a multiple linear regression model. In selecting the research sample, the purposive sampling method was used, resulting in a sample of 15 companies that met the criteria. This study used secondary data based on the financial reports of manufacturing companies obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS 23 Software. The results of the research simultaneously show that, collectively, the variables of Cost Leadership, Differentiation, and Company Size influence Company Performance. The results of the research partially show that Cost Leadership influences Company Performance, Differentiation does not influence Company Performance, and Company Size does not influence Company Performance.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Ukuran Perusahaan, terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2018-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model regresi linear berganda. Dalam melakukan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang memenuhi kriteria didapatkan sebesar 15 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berdasarkan laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan menggunakan program aplikasi SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel Cost Leadership, Differentiation, dan Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa Cost Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, Differentiation tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.
