Abstract
The research was aimed to know effect of application the concentration of banana peel liquid based organic fertilizer and dose chicken manure fertilizer on the and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). the research was conducted from juli until august 2023 in Sukajadi Barat RT/RW 001/005, Sukajadi Village, Cibaliung district, Pandeglang city, Banten. The method used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with two factors and three replication. The first factor the concentration levels of banana peel liquid based organic fertilizer which consisted of three levels, namely; the concentration 15% (A1), the concentration 25% (A2), and the concentration 35% (A3). The second factors was the dose chicken manure with the consisted of three levels, namely; the dose 10 ton/ha (71 g/polybag), the dose 15 ton/ha (106 g/polybag), and the dose 20 ton/ha (141 g/polybag). The result showed of the concentration was the best effect on plant height at 2 Week After Planting (WAP) (10.63 cm), 3 WAP (15.97 cm), and 5 WAP (29.22 cm), the number of leaves at 2 WAP (5.22 leaves), 3 WAP (6.00 leaves), 4 WAP (6.89 leaves) and 6 WAP (10.11 leaves), crown fresh weight 6 WAP (44.01 g). the dose chicken manure the best effect on plant height at 3 WAP (15.66 cm), the number of leaves at 1 WAP (5.67 leaves), 2 MST (5.11 leaves), 3 WAP (5.89 leaves), and 4 WAP (6.56 leaves). Crown fresh weight 6 WAP (43.47 g). There was interaction between the concentration of banana peel liquid basic organic fertilizer and the dose chicken manure plant height at 1 WAP, 2 WAP, 3 WAP, and 5 WAP, the number of leaves at 2 WAP, 3 WAP, 4 WAP, and 5 WAP, and crown fresh weight parameters.

| Additional Information: | Tanaman selada di Indonesia ditanam mulai dari dataran rendah sampai dataran tinggi dengan mempertimbangkan pemilihan varietas yang cocok dengan tempat tumbuhnya. Tingginya permintaan selada yang tidak diikuti dengan peningkatan produksi akan mengakibatkan tingginya impor selada. Produksi selada yang rendah dikarenakan tingkat kesuburan tanah yang kurang serta rendahnya unsur hara di dalam tanah akibat penggunaan pupuk anorganik yang berlebihan dan tidak memperhatikan dosis. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk perbaikan kembali unsur hara dalam tanah yang kurang subur dan peningkatan produksi selada yaitu dengan cara pemupukan organik, seperti pupuk organik cair (POC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair kulit pisang dan dosis pupuk kotoran hewan ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada (Lactuca sativa L.). Kebun Kampung Sukajadi Barat Desa Sukajadi RT/RW 001/005 Kecamatan Cibaliung Kabupaten Pandeglang Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi pupuk organik cair kulit pisang yang terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu Konsentrasi 15% (P₁), Konsentrasi 25% (P₂) dan Konsentrasi 35% (P₃), Faktor kedua yaitu Dosis pupuk kotoran hewan ayam terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu Dosis 10 ton/ha (71 g/polybag) (A₁), Dosis 15 ton/ha (106 g/polybag) (A₂) dan Dosis 20 ton/ha (141 g/polybag) (A₃). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair kulit pisang menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman 2 MST (10,63 cm), 3 MST (15,97 cm), dan 5 MST (29,22 cm), parameter jumlah daun 2 MST (5,22 helai), 3 MST (6,00 helai), 4 MST (6,89 helai), dan 6 MST (10,11 helai), bobot segar tajuk tanaman (44,01 g). Dosis pupuk kotoran hewan ayam menunjukkan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman 3 MST (15,66 cm), jumlah daun 1 MST (5,67 helai), 2 MST (5,11 helai), 3 MST (5,89 helai), 4 MST (6,56 helai), bobot segar tajuk tanaman (43,47 g), terdapat interaksi pada parameter tinggi tanaman 1 MST, 2 MST, 3 MST, dan 5 MST, jumlah daun 2 MST, 3 MST, 4 MST, dan 5 MST, bobot segar tajuk tanaman 6 MST. | |||||||||
