Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of administering Vitamin B1 and Nano Zinc via a drip irrigation system on the growth of Parakan rambutan plants (Nephelium lappaceum L.). This research was carried out at the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Kp Cikuya Karang Kitri, Sindang Sari Village, Pabuaran District, Serang Regency, Banten, which was carried out from June to August 2023. The research used a Randomized Block Design which consists of two factors, namely the first factor uses Vitamin B1 (V) and the second factor uses Nano Zinc (N). In Vitamin B1 with 3 levels, namely v1: 15 mg/l, v2: 30 mg/l, v3: 45 mg/l. Next, for Nano Zinc with 3 levels, namely n1 : 2 ml/l, n2 : 4 ml/l, and n3 : 6 ml/l. From these two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained, each combination was repeated 3 times to obtain 27 experimental units. The research results showed that giving Vitamin B1 had the best effect on the parameters of leaf number at 2 WAP (Week After Planting), leaf length at 6 WAP and 8 WAP, leaf width at 2 WAP, 6 WAP and 8 WAP. Providing Nano Zinc fertilizer had the best effect on leaf number parameters at the age of 6 WAP and 8 WAP. There was an interaction between giving Vitamin B1 and Nano Zinc on the parameters of plant height, number of branches, number of leaves, and level of greenness of the leaves. There was a significant interaction between Vitamin B1 and Nano Zinc treatment on the parameters of plant height, number of branches, and number of leaves and there is a very significant interaction on the parameters of leaf greenness level.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Vitamin B1 dan Nano Seng melalui sistem irigasi tetes terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman rambutan parakan (Nephelium lappaceum L.). Penelitian ini dilakukan di lapangan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Kp. Cikuya Karang Kitri, Desa Sindang Sari, Kecamatan Pabuaran, Kabupaten Serang, Banten, yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu pada faktor pertama menggunakan Vitamin B1 (V) dan faktor kedua menggunakan Nano Zinc (N). Pada Vitamin B1 dengan 3 taraf, yaitu v1: 15 mg/l, v2: 30 mg/l, v3: 45 mg/l. Selanjutnya untuk Nano Zinc dengan 3 taraf yaitu n1 : 2 ml/l, n2 : 4 ml/l, dan n3 : 6 ml/l. Dari kedua faktor didapatkan 9 kombinasi perlakuan, masing-masing kombinasi diulang 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 27 satuan percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Vitamin B1 memiliki pengaruh yang baik terhadap parameter jumlah daun pada umur 2 MST (Minggu Setelah Tanam), panjang daun 6 MST dan 8 MST, lebar daun 2 MST, 6 MST dan 8 MST. Pemberian pupuk Nano Zinc memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap parameter jumlah daun pada umur 6 MST dan 8 MST. Terdapat sebuah interaksi yang signifikan antara pemberian Vitamin B1 dan Nano Zinc terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, dan jumlah daun serta ada interaksi yang sangat signifikan terhadap parameter tingkat kehijauan daun. | |||||||||
