Abstract
The social entrepreneurship program is one of the CSR programs in the field of community empowerment organized by PT Pertamina Training and Consulting. CSR is a commitment from business and a form of responsibility carried out by companies in the social environment. The purpose of this research is to find out the PR audit in CSR implementation efforts carried out by PT Pertamina Training and Cosulting which is carried out with partners, describe the implementation of the social entrepreneurship program, find out the benefits of CSR activities for beneficiaries. In this research. This research is based on the post-positivism paradigm. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The object of this research is a PR audit of CSR implementation conducted by PT Pertamina Training and Consulting as an effort to audit the social entrepreneurship program implemented with partners. The data collection techniques used include: interview, observation, documentation and literature study. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that PT Pertamina Training and Consulting has implemented a CSR audit of the social entrepreneurship program, namely implementing POAC management (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The implementation stage of the PR audit on the social entrepreneurship program consists of three stages, namely the pre-program implementation stage, program implementation, and post-program implementation.

| Additional Information: | Program kewirausahaan sosial merupakan salah satu program CSR bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan oleh PT Pertamina Training and Consulting. CSR menjadi komitmen dari bisnis dan bentuk dari tanggung jawab yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan di lingkungan sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui audit PR dalam upaya pelaksanan CSR yang dilaksanakan PT Pertamina Training and Cosulting yang dilaksanakan bersama mitra, menggambarkan pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan sosial, mengetahui manfaat kegiatan CSR bagi penerima manfaat. Pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini berpijak pada paradigma post-positivisme. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah audit PR pelaksanaan CSR yang dilakukan oleh PT Pertamina Training and Consulting sebagai upaya audit program kewirausahaan sosial yang dilaksanakan bersama mitra. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain : wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi Pustaka. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT Pertamina Training and Consulting telah mengimplementasikan audit CSR program kewirausahaan sosial yakni menerapkan manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling).
