Abstract

The Role of the DJKN Banten Regional Office in Managing State Assets. The purpose of this writing is to find out the obstacles in the regional office of the Directorate General of State Assets, what are the roles in the regional office of the Directorate General of State Assets, and what is the role of the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets in managing State Assets in Banten. The results of writing this final project report are Obstacles in managing State Assets in the Banten regional office, namely DJKN has direct access to BMN administration data. management of state assets, Has limited human resources, Very high work load outside BMN management, Government policy to implement expansive budget policies, Trust from stakeholders on the role of DJKN, SIMAN application has been developed to accommodate administration data designated as Underlying Assets, Potential stakeholder resistance to policies taken by DJKN to replace Exsum data, Stakeholders have other work priorities, Quality and quantity of communication and coordination between stakeholders, There are risks that arise when transferring underlying asset data from Exsum data to Administration data. The role that exists in the DJKN Banten regional office, namely the role of the DJKN Banten Regional Office in managing state assets, namely, Giving Bintek to ministry/Institution work units in carrying out Registration and updating of State asset data, Valuation of State Assets, Issuance of approval for management of state assets/BMN, Supervision and Control.

Hasil dari penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah Hambatan dalam pengelolaan Aset Negara di kantor wilayah Banten, yaitu DJKN memiliki akses langsung terhadap data penatausahaan BMN Sebagai lembaga pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab atas penatausahaan barang milik negara (BMN), Kanwil DJKN banten memiliki peran untuk menjalankan terkait pengelolaan asset negara, Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, Load pekerjaan di luar pengelolaan BMN yang sangat tinggi, Kebijakan Pemerintah untuk menerapkan kebijakan anggaran ekspansif, Kepercayaan dari stakeholder atas peran DJKN, Telah dikembangkannya aplikasi SIMAN untuk menampung data penatausahaan yang ditetapkan sebagai Underlying Asset, Potensi resistensi stakeholder atas kebijakan yang diambil DJKN untuk mengganti data Exsum, Stakeholder mempunyai prioritas pekerjaan lain, Kualitas dan kuantitas komunikasi dan koordinasi antar stakeholder, Adanya risiko yang timbul pada saat perpindahan data underlying asset dari data Exsum ke data Penatausahaan. Peran yang ada pada kanwil DJKN Banten, yaitu Peran Kantor Wilayah DJKN Banten dalam pengelolaan aset negara yaitu, Pemberian Bintek Kepada satuan kerja kementerian/Lembaga dalam melaksanakan Pendaftaran dan pemuktahiran data aset Negara, Penilaian Aset Negara, Penerbitan persutujuan pengelolaan aset negara/BMN, Pengawasan dan Pengendalian.
