Abstract
The most realeable assets held by public are cash money, both paper money and coins circulating in the community. In conditions of depressed economy, attention to the payment system sector is mandatory to ensure the liquidity that occurs within the market. Therefore, special attention is needed to the money supply, especially M1. In this study, independent variables were used, namely e-money transaction value, APMK transaction value, inflation and deposit interest rates. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is the money supply (M1). By using the error correction model method (ECM), this study analyzes the influence of independent variables on thedependent variable in the long and short term. The results showed that there was not long-term , APMK transaction value, inflation and deposit interest rates to the money supply (M1) where the testing stated that there was no cointegration between variables. In the short term, the value of the APMK transaction value affect the money supply (M1). Meanwhile, inflation and deposit interest rates do not affect the money supply (M1). Simultaneously in the short term APMK transaction value, inflation and deposit interest rates affect the money supply (M1).

| Additional Information: | Aset paling nyata yang dipegang oleh masyarakat adalah uang tunai baik uang kertas maupun uang logam yang beredar dalam masyarakat. Dalam kondisi tertekannya perekonomian, perhatian terhadap sektor sistem pembayaran merupakan hal wajib untuk memastikan likuiditas yang terjadi di dalam pasar. Maka dari itu diperlukan perhatian khusus terhadap jumlah uang beredar, khususnya M1. Pada penelitian ini digunakan variabel independen yaitu nilai transaksi APMK, inflasi dan suku bunga simpanan. Sedangkan, variabel dependen yang digunakan yaitu jumlah uang beredar (M1). Dengan menggunakan metode error correction model (ECM), penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan jangka panjang pada nilai transaksi APMK, inflasi dan suku bunga simpanan terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M1) dimana dalam pengujian menyatakan bahwasannya terdapat kointegrasi antar variabel. Dalam jangka pendek secara parsial nilai transaksi APMK, inflasi dan suku bunga simpanan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M1). Secara simultan dalam jangka pendek nilai transaksi APMK, inflasi dan suku bunga simpanan berpengaruh terhadap jumlah uang beredar (M1). | |||||||||
