Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the application of personal selling strategies carried out by Graha Bukit Jimbaran as a company that sells subsidized houses. The writing method used in writing this final project is qualitative descriptive of primary and secondary data, as well as data collection based on observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study show that Graha Bukit Jimbaran applies 7 steps of personal selling prospecting, preapproach, approach, presentation and demonstration, overcoming objection, closing and follow up and maintenance strategies. Graha Bukit Jimbaran has successfully implemented comprehensive and effective personal selling to increase sales and build positive relationships with consumers. Graha Bukit Jimbaran should provide regular training to improve the ability of the marketing division in carrying out personal selling in order to provide a positive experience to prospective customers.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penulisan tugas ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi personal selling yang di lakukan oleh Graha Bukit Jimbaran sebagai perusahaan yang menjual rumah subsidi. Metode penulisan yang digunakan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dari data primer dan sekunder, juga dilakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini menunjukan bahwa Graha Bukit Jimbaran menerapan 7 langkah strategi personal selling yaitu prospecting, preapproach, approach, presentation dan demostration, overcoming objection, closing dan follow up and maintenace. Graha Bukit Jimbaran telah berhasil menerapkan personal selling yang komprehensif dan efektif untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan membangun hubungan positif dengan konsumen. Graha Bukit Jimbaran sebaiknya menyediakan pelatihan reguler untuk meningkatkan kemampuan devisi marketing dalam menjalankan personal selling agar memberikan pengalaman yang positif kepada calon pembeli. | |||||||||
