Abstract
The pupose of this study is to determine the implementation strategy of the pancasila student profile in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods and data collection is carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation strategy of the pancasila student profile in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang is in line with the project guidelines for strengthening the pancasila student profile which consists of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation which contain P5 principles and in its implementation contain dimensions of faith and fear of god almighty and noble character, global celebrity, independence and critical reasoning. There are three obstacles including, there are still facilities and infrastructure that have not been facilitated, there are still some teachers who do not understand the implementation of P5 in detail, and the students' lack of understanding of P5. Efforts made by the school to overcome obstacles to the implementation strategy of the Pancasila Student Profile in class XI of SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang are improving facilities and infrastructure that have not been facilitated, organizing workshops and improving the competence of students in implementing P5.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengetahui strategi implementasi profil pelajar pancasila di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa strategi implementasi profil pelajar pancasila di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang telah sejalan dengan panduan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang didalamnya sudah memuat prinsip-prinsip P5 dan dalam pelaksanaannya memuat dimensi beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berakhlak mulia, berkebhinekaan global, mandiri dan bernalar kritis. Terdapat tiga kendala diantaranya, masih terdapat sarana dan prasarana yang belum terfasilitasi, masih terdapat beberapa guru yang kurang memahami pelaksanaan P5 secara detail, dan terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang kurang paham terhadap pelaksanaan P5. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dalam mengatasi kendala strategi implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila di kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang yaitu meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana yang belum terfasilitasi, menyelenggarakan workshop dan meningkatkan kompetensi peserta didik dalam pelaksanaan P5. | |||||||||
