Abstract

Banking services are currently very profitable for its customers. Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and Internet Banking services are the main focus on services that prioritize practicality. Along with the times, banks must participate in developing the quality of services offered by making innovations in the banking service system by presenting Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and Internet Banking. Currently, many customers have started using the Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and Internet Banking features. Along with the rapid development of technology, these features are very helpful for users in carrying out all activities or transactions at the bank by prioritizing time efficiency and practicality in transactions. This study aims to determine the role or benefits and satisfaction obtained by customers when using Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, and Internet Banking in an effort to facilitate transactions for customers of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk.

Additional Information: Layanan perbankan saat ini sangat menguntungkan bagi nasabahnya. Layanan Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, dan Internet Banking menjadi sorotan utama pada layanan yang mengedepankan kepraktisan. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, perbankan harus ikut mengembangkan kualitas layanan yang ditawarkan dengan membuat inovasi-inovasi pada sistem layanan perbankan dengan menghadirkan Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, dan Internet Banking. Saat ini sudah banyak nasabah yang mulai menggunakan fitur Mobile Banking,SMS Banking, serta Internet Banking. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang terus melesat, fitur – fitur ini sangat membantu penggunanya dalam melakukan segala kegiatan atau transaksi pada bank dengan mengedepankan efisiensi waktu dan kepraktisan dalam bertansaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan atau manfaat dan kepuasan yang didapat oleh nasabah saat menggunnakan Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, dan Internet Banking dalam upaya memudahkan bertransaksi bagi nasabah PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk.
