Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of example non example learning methods on students' historical empathy at SMK Negeri 1 Tunjung Teja. The method used is the example non example method in history learning . This research is an associative research using a quantitative approach . This study used the Quisi experimental design research method with experimental class and control class with pretest-postest control group design. An experiment class is a class that is given an action and a control class is a class that is not given an action. The data collection techniques used are interviews, documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The questionnaire was conducted to determine the influence and differences in students' historical empathy before and after being given the action of the non-example method. The research was conducted four times using the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). Based on the assessment of the Pretest results, the experimental class questionnaire score, the total score of the method is 1224 and the empathy result is 2484 scores, and the control class has a total score of 1322 method results and an empathy score of 2558 After the stimulus of the posttest resultsThe control class scores the total results of the method score of 1560 and the result score of empathy scores 2662, while the experimental class scores the total results of the method value 1476 and the result score of empathy scores 2918. So it can be seen the comparison of the results of the pretest and postest experimental class given stimulus method example non example and control class not given stimulus. The application of learning with the example non example method affects historical empathy in the historical material of Indonesian ancestors, so that student empathy has development in learning history.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran example non example terhadap empati sejarah siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Tunjung Teja. Metode yang digunakan metode example non example pada pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quisi eksperimental design dengan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan desain pretest-postest control group design. Kelas eksperimen adalah kelas yang diberikan tindakan dan kelas kontrol adalah kelas yang tidak diberikan tindakan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuisioner. Kuisioner dilakukan untuk menetukan pengaruh dan perbedaan empati sejarah siswa sebelum dan sesudah diberikan tindakan metode example non example. Penelitian dilakukan empat kali pertemuan menggunakan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Berdasarkan penilaian hasil Pretest nilai kuisioner kelas eksperimen hasil metode skor total 1224 dan hasil empati adalah 2484 skor dan kelas kontrol skor total hasil nilai metode 1322 dan skor hasil nilai empati 2558 Setelah adanya stimulus hasil posttest kelas kontrol skor total hasil nilai metode 1560 dan skor hasil nilai empati 2662, sedangkan kelas eksperimen skor total hasil nilai metode 1476 dan skor hasil nilai empati 2918. Maka dapat dilihat perbandingan dari hasil pretest dan postest kelas eksperimen yang diberikan stimulus metode example non example dan kelas kontrol tidak diberikan stimulus. Penerapan pembelajaran dengan metode example non example berpengaruh terhadap empati sejarah pada materi sejarah nenek moyang Indonesia, sehingga empati siswa memiliki perkembangan dalam pembelajaran sejarah. | |||||||||
