Abstract
This study aims to to determine the suitability of the context component, input component, process component, and product component of industrial work practices at SMKN 1 Kota Cilegon. This type of research is a mix method with sequential explanatory design. This research technique uses Saturated Sampling obtained a sample of 41 students who have carried out industrial work practices and purposive sampling techniques with 7 resource persons. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis techniques. in this study using descriptive statistical analysis and qualitative data analysis. Industrial work practices have many benefits for students, as a form of implementation of the learning process at school. Apart from these benefits, problems that occur in the implementation of industrial work practices are related to the company's mismatch with the competencies that students have and in the industrial work practice guidance process there are still some students who lack the initiative to carry them out. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of industrial work practices in the context aspect, input aspect, process aspect and product aspect of industrial work practices at SMKN 1 Cilegon City. This type of research is a mix method with sequential explanatory design. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and document analysis techniques. The research results show that (1) Based on the research data obtained, it shows that the context aspect shows the good category (80%) (2) The results of the data that have been processed on the input variable show that this variable is in the good category (80 %) (3) The results of the data that have been processed in the process variable show that the process carried out by students in carrying out the industrial work practice program in terms of the total score is in the good category (80%) (4) In the results of the data that has been Analysis of the product variable shows that this variable is said to be very good with a total percentage value (84%). So this evaluation of industrial work practices shows the importance of preparation in improving students' skills and knowledge and preparing students to enter the world of work.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri pada aspek context (keadaan), aspek input (masukan), aspek process (proses), dan aspek product (product) praktik kerja industri di SMKN 1 Kota Cilegon Jenis penelitian ini adalah mix methode dengan sequential explanatory design. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Sampling Jenuh diperoleh sampel 41 siswa yang telah melaksanakan praktik kerja industri dan teknik purposive sampling dengan 7 narasumber. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan teknik analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Berdasarkan data penelitian yang di dapat, menunjukan bahwa pada aspek context menunjukan kategori baik (80%) (2) Pada hasil data yang telah diolah pada variabel input menunjukan bahwa variabel ini masuk pada kategori baik (80%) (3) Pada hasil data yang telah di perolah pada variabel process menunjukan bahwa proses yang dilakukan siswa dalam menjalankan program praktik kerja industri secara nilai total keseluruhan sudah berada pada kategori baik (80%) (4) Pada hasil data yang telah dianalisis pada variabel product menunjukan bahwa variabel ini sudah dikatakan sangat baik dengan nilai total persentase (84%). Maka evaluasi praktik kerja industri ini menunjukan bahwa pentingnya persiapan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan siswa serta mempersiapkan siswa untuk memasuki dunia kerja. | |||||||||
