Abstract
The use of Instagram as social media today is not only as a medium that contains entertainment content, but can be utilized as a medium that contains content about knowledge. One Instagram account that has knowledge content is @taulebih.id. The account exists to provide an understanding of sexuality education including reproductive health, and to help reduce the number of diseases related to reproductive health. This study aims to determine how @taulebih.id Instagram content on reproductive health for female followers, whether the fulfillment of reproductive health information needs in female followers is fulfilled, and how strong the influence of @taulebih.id Instagram content on reproductive health on the fulfillment of information needs in female followers. The theory used is media dependence theory. Quantitative research type with survey research method. The research population was female followers of Instagram @taulebih.id with a sample of 100 respondents. The results showed that the amount of influence given by @taulebih.id Instagram content on reproductive health is 40.5% towards fulfilling reproductive health information needs based on the coefficient of determination. While the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. The simple linear regression results obtained the regression value Y = 14.115 + 0.829X. The value obtained in the hypothesis test with the value of t count (8.169) > the value of t table (1.290) which means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, or there is an influence between @taulebih Instagram content on fulfilling reproductive health information needs. With the results of this study, the authors suggest that if researching in the same realm can add other variables and samples can involve the male gender to get more varied research results.

| Additional Information: | Pemanfaat instagram sebagai media sosial saat ini tidak hanya sebagai media yang berisi konten hiburan saja, namun dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media yang berisikan konten mengenai pengetahuan. Salah akun instagram yang memiliki konten pengetahuan adalah @taulebih.id. Akun tersebut berada untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai pendidikan seksualitas termasuk kesehatan reproduksi, serta membantu menekan angka penyakit yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan reproduksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konten instagram @taulebih.id mengenai kesehatan reproduksi bagi para pengikut perempuan, apakah pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi kesehatan reproduksi pada pengikut perempuan terpenuhi, dan seberapa kuat pengaruh konten instagram @taulebih.id mengenai kesehatan reproduksi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi pada pengikut perempuan. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori ketergantungan media. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Populasi penelitian adalah pengikut perempuan instagram @taulebih.id dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan konten instagram @taulebih.id mengenai kesehatan reproduksi sebesar 40.5% terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi kesehatan reproduksi berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 59.5% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar penelitian ini. Hasil regresi linier sederhana didapatkan nilai regresi Y = 14.115 + 0.829X. Nilai yang didapat pada uji hipotesis dengan nilai t hitung (8.169) > nilai t tabel (1.290) yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, atau terdapat pengaruh anatara konten instagram @taulebih terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan informasi kesehatan reproduksi. Dengan hasil penelitian tersebut, penulis menyarankan apabila meneliti dalam ranah yang sama dapat menambahkan variabel lain dan sampel dapat melibatkan jenis kelamin laki-laki untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang lebih bervariatif. | ||||||
