Abstract
This research aims to comprehensively describe how the activities and roles of Jakpreneur program mentors contribute to enhancing economic empowerment in the community of North Cilincing Sub-District, North Jakarta. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that mentors have adhered to the guidance outlined in the Jakarta Provincial Government Regulation on the Implementation of Integrated Entrepreneurship Development No. 2 of 2020. However, the implementation faced some obstacles in providing creative ideas due to some members lacking an understanding of the importance of product innovation to attract consumers. Additionally, in terms of motivation and entrepreneurial mindset changes, some members were found to have low motivation and lacked confidence in their business products.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan secara keseluruhan bagaimana kegiatan dan peran pendamping program Jakpreneur dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di Kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa pendamping telah menjalankan pendampingan sesuai dengan yang tertera pada Peraturan Gubernur DKI Jakarta tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengembangan Kewirausahaan Terpadu No 2 Tahun 2020. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaan memberikan ide kreatif sedikit terhambat karena ditemukan anggota yang kurang pemahaman mengenai pentingnya inovasi produk untuk menarik konsumen. Lalu pada motivasi dan perubahan pola kewirausahaan, masih ditemukan anggota yang memiliki motivasi rendah dan tidak percaya diri terhadap produk usaha yang dimiliki. | |||||||||
