Abstract

This research aims to determine product quality, price and service on interest in buying coffee drinks at Geser Coffee, Cilegon city. The number of respondents in this research was 40 respondents, namely consumers of Geser Coffee in Cilegon City. Sampling used accidental sampling. The technique uses a non-probability sampling method to collect data through observation, interviews, questionnaires. In verification and analysis, the data processing methods used in this research use validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), T test (partial) and F (simultaneous). The test results using the T test in this research can be interpreted as follows: product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase interest (2.736 > 2.028), price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (2.863 > 2.028) and service has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. customers (2,778 > 2,028). Meanwhile, the test results using the F test in this research can be said that: product quality, price and service have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. (25.250 > 2.86).

Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden yaitu konsumen Kopi Geser di Kota Cilegon. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2), Uji T (parsial) dan Uji F (simultan). Hasil pembahasan dengan menggunakan Uji T dalam penelitian ini dapat diartikan sebagai berikut: kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (2,736 > 2,028), harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (2,863 > 2,028) dan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (2,778 > 2,028). Sedangkan hasil pengujian menggunakan Uji F pada penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa: kualitas produk, harga dan pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli (25.250 > 2.86).
