Abstract
This research is motivated by the lack of clear information or description of the reality in the world of work which must be equipped with competencies that are in accordance with the needs of the world of cosmetology work in accordance with developments in today's cosmetology era. This study aims to: (1) describe the absorption of bridal make-up training graduates at LKP An Nissa Serang in the world of work and, (2) obtain the data in the relevance of bridal make-up training competencies with the type of work that was occupied by graduates of Bridal Make-up Training at LKP An Nissa Serang in the world of work. This research used qualitative descriptive study. The study was conducted in LKP An Nissa, Serang. The subjects of this research are the LKP administrators and 2019-2021 graduates. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Validity of data used triangulation of sources. The results showed that: (1) Most of the graduates at LKP An Nissa Serang took less than 1 (one) year waiting time to get a first job. The most dominant job for the graduates of bridal make-up training at LKP An Nissa Serang is entrepreneurship. Most of the businesses undertaken by graduates come from family and relatives and cannot be separated from the efforts of LKP An Nissa Serang to channel its graduates into the world of work. And (2) Overall, the competency in implementing the cosmetology training program at LKP An Nissa can be said to meet good implementation standards and is relevant to the work of training graduates at LKP An Nissa, Serang City, in accordance with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI).

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang jelasnya informasi atau gambaran kenyataan dalam dunia kerja yang harus dibekali dengan kompetensi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja tata rias yang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman tata rias masa kini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana keterserapan lulusan pelatihan tata rias pengantin di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang dalam dunia kerja dan (2) Memperoleh data mengenai relevansi kompetensi pelatihan tata rias pengantin yang digeluti oleh lulusan Pelatihan Tata Rias Pengantin di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pengurus LKP dan lulusan tahun 2019-2021. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Sebagian besar lulusan pelatihan tata rias di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang membutuhkan waktu kurang dari 1 (satu) tahun untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Pekerjaan lulusan pelatihan tata rias di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang yang paling dominan adalah berwirausaha. Usaha yang ditempuh lulusan Sebagian besar berasal dari keluarga dan kerabat dan tak lepas dari usaha LKP An Nissa Kota Serang guna menyalurkan lulusannya ke dunia kerja. Dan (2) Secara keseluruhan kompetensi pelaksanaan program pelatihan tata rias di LKP An Nissa sudah dapat dikatakan memenuhi standar pelaksanaan yang baik dan relevan dengan pekerjaan lulusan pelatihan di LKP An Nissa Kota Serang, sesuai dengan Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI). | |||||||||
