Abstract

The stator is the main part of the generator. The stator temperaturee on a generator is very influential and will cause losses on the generator side, causing a decrease in efficiency values so that the output power produced by the synchronous generator is not optimal. The research was conducted by analyzing gas turbine generator1 (GTG1) and gas turbine generator2 (GTG2) with three times, namely shift1 at 05:00, shift2 at 13:00 and shift3 at 21:00 and using calculations. The results obtained are that GTG1 shift 1 has a power loss of 6.53MW with a stator temperaturee of 65.9℃, shift 2 has a power loss of 6.88MW with a stator temperaturee of 75℃ and shift 3 has a power loss of 6.78MW with a stator temperaturee of 74℃. In GTG2 shift 1 has a power loss of 8.08MW with a stator temperaturee of 64℃, shift 2 has a power loss of 8.64MW with a stator temperaturee of 74℃ and shift 3 has a power loss of 8.34MW with a stator temperaturee of 73.8℃. the amount of copper loss in GTG1 and GTG2 is still within reasonable limits not to exceed the standard of SPLN No. 1 of 1995.

Additional Information: Stator merupakangbagian utama pada generator. Temperature stator pada suatu generator sangat berpengaruh dan dapat mengakibatkan penurunan nilai efisiensi generator, sehingga daya keluaran yang dihasilkan oleh generator menjadi tidak maksimal. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menganalisis gas turbine generator1 (GTG1) dan gas turbine generator2 (GTG2) dengan tiga waktu, yaitu shift 1 jam 05:00, shift 2 jam 13:00 dan shift 3 jam 21:00 dan menggunakan perhitungan. Hasil yang didapat adalah pada GTG1 shift 1 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 6,53MW dengan temperature stator 65,9℃, shift 2 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 6,88MW dengan temperature stator 75℃ dan shift 3 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 6,78MW dengan temperature stator 74℃. Pada GTG2 shift 1 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 8,08MW dengan temperature stator 64℃, shift 2 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 8,64MW dengan temperature stator 74℃ dan shift 3 memiliki rugi daya sebesar 8,34MW dengan temperature stator 73,8℃. jumlah rugi tembaga pada GTG1 dan GTG2 masih dalam batas wajar tidak melebihi standar dari SPLN No. 1 Tahun 1995.
