Abstract
The aim of this research is to prove the theory which states that Analysis of the Implementation of Banten Provincial Education Service Policy in the Development of Educators at State Special School 01 Serang City and State Special School 02 Serang City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The location of this research was carried out in three locations, namely the first location at the Banten Province Education Office, the second location at State Special School 01 Serang City and the third location at State Special School 02 Serang City. This research showed that the Curriculum Based Learning Training activity program involved participants from teaching staff totaling 70 teachers who were recommended from State Special School 01 Serang City totaling 35 teachers and State Special School 02 Serang City totaling 35 teachers. The resource persons and materials presented are in accordance with what is needed by teaching staff at special schools. Policy Implementation Analysis Indicators include Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure and are strengthened by all the obstacles. Evaluation of the Curriculum-Based Learning Training and Training is carried out when the activities are carried out with the results of creating the curriculum, syllabus and lesson plans carried out by the participants in the Curriculum-Based Learning Training activities.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuktikan teori yang mengatakan bahwa Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Banten dalam Pembinaan Tenaga Pendidik di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Serang dan Sekolah Khusus Negeri 02 Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga lokasi yaitu Lokasi pertama di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Banten, Lokasi kedua di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Serang dan Lokasi ketiga di Sekolah Khusus Negeri 02 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa program kegiatan Diklat Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum yang melibatkan peserta dari tenaga pendidik berjumlah 70 guru yang direkomendasikan dari Sekolah Khusus Negeri 01 Kota Serang berjumlah 35 guru dan Sekolah Khusus Negeri 02 Kota Serang berjumlah 35 guru. Narasumber serta materi yang disampaikan sesuai yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga pendidik pada sekolah khusus. Indikator Analisis Implementasi Kebijakan meliputi Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi serta diperkuat dengan segala hambatan-hambatannya. Evaluasi Diklat Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum dilakukan pas kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan hasil pembuatan kurikulum, silabus dan RPP yang dikerjakan oleh peserta kegiatan Diklat Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum. | |||||||||
