Abstract
The objective of the research was to determine the growth response of Kepok Tanjung banana of the addition of BAP concentration and cow’s milk in vitro. The research was conducted at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, Seed Hall and Forest Protection, Serang, Banten from October 2021 to March 2022. The completely randomized design was used with two factors; the first factor was BAP (0 mg/L; 2 mg/L; 4 mg/L; 6 mg/L) and the second factor was cow’s milk (0 mg/L; 50 mg/L; 100 mg/L; 150 mg/L). The result showed that the application of BAP 2 mg/L had significantly affected on the parameter amount of buds with average 4.3 buds on three week after planting, and had amount of leaves with average 9.85 leaves. BAP 6 mg/L singly had significantly affected on the parameter time of apprears buds 0,65 week after planting. BAP 2 mg/L singly also (cow’s milk 0 mg/L) had a significant effect on the length of explant 25.62 cm and the number of leaves 24.2 sheets on 12 week after planting. The concentration of 150 mg/L cow’s milk showed the paramater time of appears root growth with anaverage 0.35 week after planting and time of appears buds growth with an average 0.7 week after planting.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan pisang Kepok Tanjung terhadap penambahan konsentrasi BAP dan susu sapi secara in vitro. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Kultur Jaringan, Balai Benih dan Perlindungan Hutan, Serang, Banten sejak Oktober 2021 hingga Maret 2022. Desain acak lengkap digunakan dengan dua faktor; faktor pertama adalah BAP (0 mg / L; 2 mg / L; 4 mg / L; 6 mg / L) dan faktor kedua adalah susu sapi (0 mg / L; 50 mg / L; 100 mg / L; 150 mg / L). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi BAP 2 mg/L berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah parameter tunas dengan rata-rata 4,3 tunas pada tiga minggu setelah tanam, dan memiliki jumlah daun dengan rata-rata 9,85 daun. BAP 6 mg/L secara tunggal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap parameter waktu tunas 0,65 minggu setelah tanam. BAP 2 mg/L tunggal juga (susu sapi 0 mg/L) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap panjang eksplan 25,62 cm dan jumlah daun 24,2 lembar pada 12 minggu setelah tanam. Konsentrasi 150 mg/L susu sapi menunjukkan waktu paramater muncul pertumbuhan akar dengan rata-rata 0,35 minggu setelah tanam dan waktu tumbuh tunas dengan rata-rata 0,7 minggu setelah tanam. | |||||||||
