Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the values of discipline and hard work character education in futsal training activity at the T Futsal Academy and the obstacle in their application. This reseachers was conducted at T Futsal Academy using descriptive qualitative approach. Reseachers collected data using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The result of thus study is that application of disciplined character at T Futsal Academy is carried out wuth reguler training, in this futsal practice students are not only tuaght how to play futsal, but are also taught discipline and hard work. Discipline is carried out by attending training on time, wearing appropriate clothing during futsal practice and obeying the rules at T Futsal Academy. In the application of discipline students have implemented ut well, but in the aspect of attendance there are still studnets who are late for training, AS for efforts made to form a disciplined attitude through abgi sactions that violate the rules to deter and train students physically in training. Meanwhile, the hard work applied in fitsal training is related to assignment and completion of the assigned tasks, where students at T Futsal Academy have performed their duties well and can be motivated to play hard and never give up. To increase students hard work, coaches provide motivation and also more treatment by training with a professional team and participating in competitions. In the application of the character of discipline and hard work, there are obstacles in it's implemtation, namely: undiscplined habits that are already inherent, lack of motivation and understanding of parents to student, and an unsupportive student social environment to get used to discipline and hard work.

Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter disiplin dan kerja keras dalam kegiatan latihan futsal di T Futsal Academy serta hambatan dalam penerapannya. Penelitian i ini dilakukan di T Futsal Academy dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu penerapan karakter fidiolin di T Futsal Academy dilakukan dengan latihan rutin, dalam latihan futsal ini siswa tidak hanya diajarkan bermain futsal, tetapi juga diajarkan sikap disiplin dan kerja keras. Disiplin yang dilakukan dengan cara hadir latihan dengan tepat waktu, menggunakan pakaian sesuai ketentuan saat latihan futsal dan menaati aturan yang ada di T Futsal Academy. Dalam penerapan disiplin siswa sudah menerapkannya dengan baik, tetapi pada asoej kejadian masih ada siswa yang terlambat datang latihan, adapun uoaya yang dilakukan untuk membentuk sikap disiplin melalui sanksi bagi yang melanggar aturan untuk membuat jera dan melatih fisik siswa dalam latihan. Sedangkan kerja keras yang diterapkan dalam latihan futsal berkaitan pemberian tugas dan penyelesaian tugas yang diberikan, dimana siswa di T Futsal Academy sudah menjalankan tugas dengan baik dan dapat termotivasi untuk bermain dengan giat dan oantangt menyerah. Untuk meningkatkan kerja kerasa siswa, pelatih memberikan motivasi dan juga treatment lebih dengan latihan bersama tim profesional dan mengikuti kompetisi. Dalam penerapan karakter disiplin dan kerja keras, terdapat hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu: kebiasaan yang tidak disiplin yang sudah melekat, kurangnya motivasi dan pemahaman orang tua kepada siswa, dan lingkungan pergaulan sidaa yang kurang mendukung untuk membiasakan diri dalam disiplin dan bekerja keras. | ||||||||||||
