Abstract

This study aims to analyze and review the influence of the growth of Local Own Revenue (PAD), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth, and capital expenditure growth on Fiscal Stress at Regency/City in Banten Province 2016-2021. The method of analysis used in this study is panel data, this estimation method using fixed effect model. Based on the estimation results show that variables PAD growth, GDP growth, and capital expenditure growth is positive and significant effect to Fiscal Stress. This shows that local government can explore sources of revenue. So that regions are able to finance regional development without always depending on the center, and can reduce fiscal stress.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pertumbuhan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), dan pertumbuhan Belanja Modal terhadap Tekanan Fiskal pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten tahun 2016-2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel dengan model estimasi yaitu pendekatan Fixed Effect Model. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan PAD, Pertumbuhan PDRB, dan Pertumbuhan Belanja Modal berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap Tekanan Fiskal. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah daerah dapat menggali sumber penerimaan. Sehingga daerah mampu membiayai pembangunan daerah tanpa selalu bergantung pada pusat, serta dapat mengurangi kondisi Tekanan Fiskal.
