Abstract
The research aims to analyze the influence of Fiscal Stress, Population, Original Regional Income, Population, also Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in 7 Provinces of Java and Bali for the period 2016 - 2022. This research uses a panel data regression analysis model. The results of this analysis show that the variables Fiscal Stress, Gross Regional Domestic Product, and Total Population have a substantial effect partially on Capital Expenditure. However, Regional Original Income and Special Allocation Funds do not have a substantial effect partially on Capital Expenditures. The estimation results show that the variables Fiscal Stress, Number of Population, Original Regional Income, GDRP, also Special Allocation Funds have a substantial effect simultanously on Capital Expenditures.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian memiliki tujuan guna menganalisis pengaruh antara Fiscal Stress, Jumlah Penduduk, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, Jumlah Penduduk, dan Dana Alokasi Khusus terhadap Belanja Modal di 7 Provinsi Pulau Jawa dan Bali periode 2016 – 2022. Penelitian ini mempergunakan model analisis regresi data panel. Hasil analisis ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya variabel Fiscal Stress, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, dan Jumlah Penduduk secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan pada Belanja Modal. Namun, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Dana Alokasi Khusus tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan variabel Fiscal Stress, Jumlah Penduduk, Pendapatan Asli Daerah, PDRB, serta Dana Alokasi Khusus berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Belanja Modal. | |||||||||
