Abstract
This article aims to analyze how service innovation in the SISABAR program provides services to women and children in Tangerang Regency. The number of cases of violence against women and children in Kangerang Regency has increased in the last two years. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with a Cresswell case study approach. The theory used as an analytical tool is the theory of innovation according to Rogers, which assesses innovation through 5 characteristics of innovation. The results of this research are first in terms of the relative advantages of the SISABAR program innovation which has provided benefits to the community, second in terms of suitability of the SISABAR program innovation in accordance with community needs, third in terms of the complexity of still finding volunteers and the community finding it difficult to operate the SISABAR website, fourth the possibility of testing things SISABAR is only being tested by implementers without involving the community. This has an impact on the community not fully understanding some of the features on the SISABAR website, and finally, the ease of observing this character, the community and volunteers do not fully understand the operation of SISABAR.

| Additional Information: | Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana inovasi pelayanan pada program SISABAR dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap Perempuan dan anak di Kabupaten Tangerang. Angka kasus kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak di Kabupaten Kangerang meningkat dalam dua tahun terakhir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam tulisan ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Cresswell. Teori yang digunakan sebagai pisau analisis yaitu teori inovasi menurut Rogers, dengan menilai inovasi melalui 5 karakteristik inovasi. Hasil dari penelitin ini pertama dalam keuntungan relatif inovasi program SISABAR sudah memberikan keuntungannya bagi masyarakat, kedua dalam segi kesesuaian inovasi program SISABAR sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, ketiga dalam hal kerumitan masih ditemukannya relawan dan masyarakat kesulitan untuk mengoperasikan website SISABAR, keempat kemungkinan uji coba hal ini SISABAR hanya dilakukan uji coba oleh pelaksana saja tanpa melibatkan mayarakat hal tersebut berdamak kepada masyarakat belum sepenuhnya mengerti untuk beberapa fitur pada website SISABAR, dan yang terakhir kemudahan diamati pada karakter ini masyarakat dan relawan belum sepenuhnya paham terkait pengoperasian SISABAR | ||||||
