Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine the influence of machine maintenance and raw material inventory control on the performance of the production process in small wood processing industries in Cilegon City. The research methodology employed is quantitative research. The sample for this study was selected using non-probability sampling, specifically through the saturated sample technique, with a total of 74 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 4 application. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) Machine maintenance has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the production process. (2) Raw material inventory control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the production process.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemeliharaan mesin dan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku terhadap kinerja proses produksi pada industri kecil pengolahan kayu di Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan non probability sampling yaitu dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pemeliharaan mesin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja proses produksi.
