Abstract
This study discusses the act of speech illocution in conversation Kaskus community and the proposed learning plan (RPP) speaking in grade X SMA. The purpose of this study are (1) Descriptions of analysis of the act of speech of illocution in the conversation of Kaskus community on the daily Hot Thread period January 01, 2018 until 07 January 2018 and (2) Making the Proposed Learning Plan of Learning in SMA X SMA using the research result. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Technique of collecting data in this research is done by library study technique, technique of free libat ably skill, and documentation technique. The data in this research is Kaskuser's commentary on 21 Thread comment column in Hot Kaskus Hot Kread daily category. Based on the result of the research, there are 61 data of illustrative speech acts, 29 data consist of assertive speech act, 15 data consist of directive speech act (Directives), and 17 data consist of expressive speech act. Assertive speech acting functions found include the function of stating, suggesting, boasting, complaining, claiming. The functions of the directive speech acts found include the function of pleading, advising, and recommending. The expressive acts of speech acts found include the function of thanking, apologizing, blaming, and praising. Furthermore, the result of this research analysis is used to make the proposal of Lesson Plan (RPP) Speaking in grade X SMA with basic competence 4.12 Constructing problem / issue, point of view and argument of some parties, and conclusion from oral debate to show essence of debate.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini membahas tindak tutur ilokusi dalam percakapan komunitas Kaskus dan usulan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) berbicara pada kelas X SMA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Mendeskripsikan analisis tindak tutur ilokusi dalam percakapan komunitas Kaskus pada Hot Thread harian periode 01 Januari 2018 s.d 07 Januari 2018 dan (2) Membuat usulan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) berbicara di kelas X SMA dengan memanfaatkan hasil penelitian.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka, teknik simak bebas libat cakap, dan teknik dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah tuturan Kaskuser pada kolom komentar 21 Thread dalam kategeori Hot Thread harian Komunitas Kaskus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 61 data tindak tutur ilokusi, 29 data terdiri dari bentuk tindak tutur asertif (asertives), 15 data terdiri dari tindak tutur direktif (Directives), dan 17 data terdiri dari tindak tutur ekspresif (expresives). Fungsi tindak tutur asertif yang ditemukan meliputi fungsi menyatakan, menyarankan, membual, mengeluh, mengklaim. Fungsi tindak tutur direktif yang ditemukan meliputi fungsi memohon, menasihati, dan merekomendasi. Fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif yang ditemukan meliputi fungsi berterima kasih, meminta maaf, menyalahkan, dan memuji. Selanjutnya hasil analisis penelitian ini dimanfaatkan untuk dibuat usulan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Berbicara di kelas X SMA dengan kompentensi dasar (KD) 4.12 Mengonstruksi permasalahan/isu, sudut pandang dan argumen beberapa pihak, dan simpulan dari debat secara lisan untuk menunjukkan esensi dari debat. | |||||||||
