Abstract
This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Policy Implementation of Pandeglang Regency Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2019 concerning Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (Case Study of Banjarsari Village, Kaduhejo Subdistrict). This research is motivated by several problems related to implementation, including: high stunting rates in Paandeglang Regency of 29.4% in 2022, discrepancies in data recapitulation of stunting cases between those recorded at the Health Office and those at puskesmas accessed through e-PPGM, lack of understanding and awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition for child development so that community participation and community support in participating in the stunting reduction program is not optimal, lack of supervision and monitoring from the Health Office and Puskesmas. The theory used is the Implementation theory of Van Metter and Horn From this research it is known that in the implementation of the Pandeglang Regent Regulation Number 28 of 2019 concerning Acceleration of Stunting Reduction (Case Study of Banjarsari Village, Kaduhejo Subdistrict) it can be said that the results are quite good but there are still shortcomings and obstacles in its implementation which make the stunting reduction programs not running optimally. This is caused by several obstacles, namely from the social conditions of the community, the habits of the community, the availability of a budget that is not fully adequate, the understanding of some implementers is still not optimal, then related to the targets all already exist in this Regent Regulation, but in its implementation there is still unsynchronized data in the field.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan Peraturan Bupati Kabupaten Pandeglang Nomor 28 Tahun 2019 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (Studi Kasus Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Kaduhejo). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa permasalahan terkait implementasi antara lain : angka Stunting yang tinggi di Kabupaten Paandeglang sebesar 29,4% pada tahun 2022, ketidaksesuaian data rekapitulasi kasus stunting antara yang tercatat di Dinas Kesehatan dan yang ada di puskesmas yang diakses melalui e- PPGM, kurangnya pemahaman dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang bagi tumbuh kembang anak sehingga partisipasi masyarakat dan dukungan masyarakat dalam mengikuti program penurunan Stunting belum optimal, tidak adanya pengawasan dan monitoring dari pihak Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Implementasi dari Van Metter dan Horn Dari Penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Dalam pelaksanaan implementasi Peraturan Bupati Pandeglang Nomor 28 Tahun 2019 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting (Studi Kasus Desa Banjarsari Kecamatan Kaduhejo) dapat dikatakan hasilnya cukup baik namun masih ditemukan kekurangan-kekurangan dan hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya yang membuat tidak berjalannya program- progtam pernurunan Stunting secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa hambatan yaitu dari kondisi sosial masyarakat, kebiasan masyarakat, ketersedian anggaran yang belum memadai sepenuhnya, pemahaman implementor sebagian masih ada yang belum optimal, selanjutnya terkait sasaran semua sudah ada dalam Peraturan Bupati ini, namun pada pelaksanaannya masih adanya ketidaksinkronan data-data dilapangan. | ||||||
