Abstract
Bogor Regency continues to be faced with environmental problems which are often in the public spotlight. This research concerns the implementation of the Environmentally Friendly Village Program in Cileungsi Kidul Village. The problem in this research is the lack of community participation in getting involved in the program, where people tend to still consider environmental problems trivial, the lack of optimal performance of the Environmental Service and local government in terms of providing assistance and direction to the community, as well as the lack of human resources available as facilitators. waterfalls in the field as program implementers and facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate to support program operations such as waste grinders, composters, waste banks and so on. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The theory used is the theory of policy implementation according to Mazmanian and Sabatier. The results of the research show that it has not run optimally, due to a lack of participation and support from the community, where not all of the community has implemented the program and implemented the behavior of loving and protecting the environment, the performance of the Environmental Service and the local government in providing direction and education, lack of human resources and available facility resources caused by a lack of funds and a specified budget.

| Additional Information: | Kabupaten Bogor masih terus berhadapan dengan permasalahan lingkungan yang seringkali menjadi sorotan masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengenai Implementasi Program Kampung Ramah Lingkungan di Desa Cileungsi Kidul. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk terlibat dalam program, dimana masyarakat cenderung masih menganggap sepele permasalahan lingkungan, kurangnya optimalnya kinerja dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup serta pemerintah setempat dalam hal memberikan bantuan serta arahan kepada masyarakat, juga minimnya sumber daya manusia yang tersedia sebagai fasilitator yang terjun dilapangan sebagai implementor program serta sarana dan prasarana yang masih kurang memadai untuk mendukung jalannya program seperti alat penggiling sampah, composter, bank sampah dan sebagainya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori implementasi kebijakan menurut Mazmanian dan Sabatier. Hasil penelitian menunjukan belum berjalan secara optimal, karena kurangnya partisipasi dan dukungan dari masyarakat, dimana masyarakat belum semua mengimplementasikan program dan menerapkan perilaku cinta dan menjaga lingkungan, kurang optimalnya kinerja Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Pemerintah setempat dalam memberikan arahan maupun edukasi, kurangnya sumber daya manusia dan sumberdaya sarana yang tersedia yang disebabkan oleh minimnya dana dan anggaran yang ditentukan. | |||||||||
