Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the PancasilaStudent Profile Strengthening Project in shaping the profile of students asPancasila Students at SMP Negeri 1 Serang City. The method used is descriptivethrough qualitative approach. The place of this research was conducted at SMPNegeri 1 Serang City with the research subjects namely the Principal, VicePrincipal for Curriculum as the Project Leader, Project Coordinator, andStudents. The data sources used in this research are primary data sources andsecondary data sources. Then data collection was carried out using observationtechniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Related toresearch instruments to facilitate researchers in research by making instrumentgrids. The data analysis used is data reduction, then data presentation, finallydrawing conclusions, the validity of the data obtained by the data triangulationmethod. The results found from this study are 1) Project activities that run inaccordance with the description of the implementation of the Pancasila studentprofile strengthening project stipulated in the Regulation of the minister ofeducation, culture, research and technology of the republic of Indonesia, 2)Learners who form characters in the dimensions of the Pancasila learner profileare reflected in the behaviour of students of SMP Negeri 1 Serang City. 3) Canface the challenges that exist by making several appropriate efforts. Theconclusion that can be drawn from this research is that SMP Negeri 1 Serang Cityis already well and as expected based on the educational objectives andguidelines for the implementation of the Pancasila student profile strengtheningproject.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi Projek Penguatan ProfilPelajar Pancasila dalam membentuk profil peserta didik sebagai Pelajar Pancasiladi SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif melaluipendekatan kualitatif. Tempat pada penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 KotaSerang dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala SekolahBidang Kurikulum sebagai Ketua Projek, Koordinator Projek, dan Peserta didik.Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dansumber data sekunder. Kemudian dilakukanya pengumpulan data denganmenggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara, dan teknik dokumentasi.Terkait instrument penelitian untuk memudahkan peneliti dalam penelitian denganmembuat kisi-kisi instrument. Analisis data yang dipergunakan yaitu reduksi data,selanjutnya penyajian data, terakhir menarik kesimpulan, keabsahan data yangdiperoleh atas metode triangulasi data. Hasil yang ditemui dari penelitian iniadalah 1) Kegiatan projek yang berjalan sesuai dengan gambaran pelaksanaanProjek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila yang ditetapkan dalam Peraturanmenteri pendidikan,kebudayaan, riset, dan teknologi republik Indonesia, 2)Peserta didik yang terbentuk karakter pada dimensi Profil pelajar Pancasilatercermin pada perilaku peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Kota Serang. 3) Dapatmenghadapi tantangan yang ada dengan melakukan beberapa upaya yang tepat.Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini bahwa SMP Negeri 1 KotaSerang sudah dengan baik dan sesuai harapan berdasarkan pada tujuan pendidikandan pedoman untuk pelaksanaan Projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. | |||||||||
