Abstract

This research aims to develop and produce suitable digital flashcard media to help children recognize letter concepts and symbols and recognize number concepts and symbols. The subjects in this research were children aged 4-5 years at TKIT Raudhatul Jannah. The problem at TKIT Raudhatul Jannah is the limited learning media to support the teaching and learning process. This causes literacy skills or language development, one of which is children's language literacy, which is less than optimal, such as children having difficulty distinguishing sounds and shapes between the letters B, D, F, P, M, N, V, W, S, and Z. This research uses the R&D research method with the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Based on the results of the assessment of digital flashcard media development by material experts with a percentage score of 91.11%, it is included in the "Very Eligible" category. A media expert assessment with a score of 83.64% is included in the "Decent" category. Based on the results, the overall percentage of students obtained a score of 86.00%, which is in the Very Decent category. So it can be concluded that based on these results, the effectiveness of developing digital flashcard learning media to improve the literacy skills of children aged 4–5 years has an average gain score of 0.70, which means X > 0.7. With a high classification.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan sebuah media flashcard digital yang layak untuk membantu anak dalam mengenal konsep/ simbol huruf dan mengenal konsep/simbol angka/bilangan. Subjek pada penelitian ini yakni anak usia 4-5 tahun di TKIT Raudhatul Jannah. Permasalahan yang terdapat di TKIT Raudhatul Jannah adalah terbatasnya media pembelajaran dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar sehingga hal tersebut menyebabkan kemampuan literasi atau perkembangan bahasa salah satunya bahasa keaksaraan anak kurang optimal seperti anak-anak mengalami kesulitan dalam membedakan bunyi dan bentuk antara huruf B,D,F,P,M,N,V,W,S dan Z. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahap yaitu, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, dan Evaluation. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian pengembangan media flashcard digital oleh ahli materi dengan skor persentase 91,11% termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”. Penilaian ahli media dengan skor 83,64% termasuk dalam kategori “Layak”. Berdasarkan hasil persentase keseluruhan peserta didik memperoleh nilai 86,00% yakni berada pada kategori Sangat layak. Sehigga dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil ini maka keefektifan pengembangan media pembelajaran flashcard digital untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi anak usia 4 – 5 tahun memperoleh nilai rata-rata gain score 0,70 atau yang berarti X > 0,7. Dengan klasifikasi tinggi.
