Abstract
Collaboration is an effort carried out by several people or groups to achieve a common goal. The research study aims to find out. (1) What is the pattern of PKBM Ummatan Wasathon collaboration with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative in improving the entrepreneurial skills of residents studying the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. (2) What are the efforts made by PKBM Ummatan Wasathon with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative to improve the entrepreneurial skills of residents studying the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. (3) How to implement the results of the PKBM Ummatan Wasathon collaboration with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative improve in improving the entrepreneurial skills of residents studying the Package C Equality Program at PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. In this research, researchers used descriptive methods with a qualitative approach and used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were 1 PKBM Ummatan Wasathon Manager, 1 Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative Manager, 4 Learning Residents who took part in the entrepreneurship skills program organized by PKBM Ummatan Wasathon in collaboration with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative. The results of the research that has been carried out show that. (1) The pattern of cooperation carried out by PKBM Ummatan Wasathon with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative is generally in accordance with what was agreed upon in the stages as evidenced in the implementation process. (2) The efforts made by PKBM Ummatan Wasathon with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative to improve the entrepreneurial skills of learning residents are by creating an entrepreneurial skills training program and the role of the cooperative as a facilitator in the training program. (3) The implementation of the results of the PKBM Ummatan Wasathon collaboration with the Bakti Mulia Sejahtera Cooperative in improving the entrepreneurial skills of students can be assessed from two aspects of success, namely the ability aspect and the entrepreneurial characteristics aspect.

(1) Bagaimana pola Kerjasama PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar Program Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. (2) Bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera dalam meningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar Program Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. (3) Bagaimana penerapan hasil kerjasama PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera dalam meningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar Program Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Ummatan Wasathon. Dalam penellitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 Pengelola PKBM Ummatan Wasathon, 1 Pengelola Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera, 4 Warga Belajar yang mengikuti program keterampilan berwirausaha yang diselenggarakan oleh PKBM Ummatan Wasathon yang bekerjasama dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera. Hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa. (1) Pola kerjasama yang dilakukan PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera pada umumnya sudah sesuai dengan yang disepakati dalam tahapannya dibuktikan pada proses pelaksanaannya. (2) Upaya yang dilakukan PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera dalam meningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar yaitu dengan membuat program pelatihan keterampilan berwirausaha dan peran koperasi sebagai fasilitor pada program pelatihan tersebut. (3) Penerapan hasil kerjasama PKBM Ummatan Wasathon dengan Koperasi Bakti Mulia Sejahtera dalam meningkatan keterampilan berwirausaha warga belajar bisa dinilai dari dua capaian aspek keberhasilan, yaitu aspek kemampuan dan aspek karakteristik berwirausaha. | |||||||||
